ARJ offers food, workspace, equipment, presentation, and study trips and excursions.
Art Junction Residency provides an open platform where creativity can unfold free from accustomed distractions. A unique atmosphere of entirely new environment, developing interrelationships among artists from different geographical locations having varied social, religious and cultural perspectives, foster collaboration, encourage experimentation, exchanges and dialogues among practicing and emerging artists.
Site-specific performance includes acts of performative events at landscape locations, in village streets, in urban situations. In houses, chapels, barns, disused factories, railway stations; on hillsides, in forest clearings, underwater.
As AJR is located in the rural area surrounded by mysterious hills, forests, small rivers, we are inviting performance artists for Site specific performance art residency and to show their performances during the Festival. Our aim is make an opportunity to engage the meaning and creative impetus of surrounded sites and reach the local audiences at outdoors places.
The location for performances artists will find /choose by themselves in the nature landscape, village venues and Udaipur city lakes’ area.
